The Dsicovery Trail

The Rotary Trail

The Rotary Trail is located in the southern end of the community and begins at Elizabeth Swan Park. The trail passes by the Shoal Harbour River and Dark Hole. Ranging from 2.5 to 5 kilometers, this offers a variety of loops to explore, and joins onto a section of the Newfoundland T’railway, a component of the Trans Canada Trail project that is upgrading our existing rail bed. You will encounter a variety of plant and animal life typical of the boreal forest.

Rest areas and boardwalks allow users of all ages to enjoy this scenic urban trail.
